About the Books
West End Avenue: A Memoir (Sarpsborg Press, 2025) is about a childhood upended by divorce, a blended family, and eventual reconnection with former stepsiblings in adulthood. Set against the backdrop of Manhattan’s Upper West Side, this memoir traces the uneasy transformation of a blended household – where strangers become siblings bound by shared trauma, quiet acts of loyalty, and the unspoken bonds forged in childhood.
Happily Ever After Divorce: Notes of a Joyful Journey (Health Communications, Inc., 2009) is about finding happiness after a marriage ends. The main message is that one can not only survive divorce but thrive in the new possibilities life will offer. The book aims to show that there is hope after heartbreak and that divorce does not mean the end of one’s world.
